CallClerk - Splash Window

The CallClerk - Splash Window confirms that CallClerk has loaded. 

This window also confirms the version of CallClerk that is running.

The CallClerk - Splash window will only appear if the Splash window option is set in the CallClerk - Settings - Misc. window.
